Im so lonely. but some how i can't seem to open myself up to love. does anyo!

Are you saying you have opportunities but can't seem to act on them? Or that you want to increase your opportunities to find someone? If it's the former, i'd say you're not completely happy with yourself. Some people can't commit to/feel comfortable in a relationship if they're not okay/comfortable/happy with themselves first. So you need to get your own thing together. Learn to love yourself before you love someone else.
If it's that latter, I would just try to increase your social opportunities. Get out there where you can mix and mingle with people in your age group. Hope this helps. Good luck.
