Connection between vitamins and daydreaming/paying attention?!


Question: I sometimes find it difficult to concentrate. In many cases my mind begins to drift, and it becomes hard to control my daydreaming. I heard someone once say that this may be because I am not intaking enough vitamins. Is this true? Is there really a connection between vitamins and daydreaming? If so, then I'm guessing I should start taking my vitamins again!

B-complex and "focus attention" are pills sold by Nature Sunshine products. it's proven to help these types of things.

but also dont worry about ur daydreaming too much. i was also criticized about it when i was in school, but those people could just be jealous! us creative types have a gift and there's nothing wrong with it. just use it productively!

I don't know but B complex, ginkgo and omega fatty acid might help.
