Voices in peoples head?!
Question: i have so many people i know saying they hear voices, and i was wondering what exactly they hear, for example is it an actual strangers voice in their head that sounds like someone outside (like when you hear your name being called), or is it their own thoughts that sound unfamiliar, or is it like another person talking inside their head, or their own mind but blurting out random things?
is it within their control or not?

i've never experienced it but an old therapist told me that those people actually HEAR a person's voice. like u talking to a friend.
many times those things r controlled by meds but i believe that other times there might actually be spirits there. either pray for them or recommend them to a psychiatrist. they might both work.

I don't hear actual voices myself. But I do have a lot of memories of hurtful things that were done to me and hurtful things I did to others that play over and over for what seems like years. But now that I am being treated for depression I have control and I can make them stop. I am in no way saying you need help. This is just my experience.
You can change your thought process, but it takes work and a great deal of attention. Blessings
