Not normal to be so slim. If you aren't eating - you are anorexic. Remind yourself to eat on a regular basis. Make notes to yourself. Or prepare food ahead of time so you have it handy. Have healthy snacks around the house.

well, anorexia, i think, is more a thing of the mind, do YOU personally feel that you are fat and want to lose weight or are you just not hungry? sometimes i go through a stage where im not hungry...

I'm going through the same situation....but you're aobviously under weight...I'm 5'3'' and I could wight up to 125 pounds...so imagine about you.

the thing is...why aren't you eating much? is it conscious or is it because of another situation? In my case I was suffering a lot and never had apetite.

is it normal for you to weight that? was the weight loss on a healhty way? How are you feeling? are you feeling weak? you can check on some sites... My mom says I'm anorexic, but I don't think so...you'll never be able to diagnose your self so check on some sites.

It's not a normal...... You try to less the wieght......You go to walking 2 or 3 km per day...... its will solve your prodlam

Technically, no, you do not have anorexia nervosa. One or the diagnostic criteria for this condition involves weight (BMI 17.5 and below): yours is 18.7. Another requires amenorrhea for at least 3 months (have you lost your period for 3 months or more)? People with anorexia also have a distorted body image (do you see "fat" when you look in the mirror)?

It is certainly possible that you have an eating disorder, but it is not (technically) diagnosable as anorexia at this point. It is also possible that your rapid weight loss and disinterest in eating is due to something else entirely (e.g., depression, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction).

Hi--It's hard to say. Is it interferring with your life? Then possibly. I would seek help from a local therapist; they are the ones to know and to diagnose & to even treat it if you did. Take Care & good Luck!! ; )

It depends. It's anorexia if you can't stop losing weight, you're afraid of eating, depressed, etc.

No you're fine. I'm 5'6 and 95 pounds, and even I'm not anorexic.

Doesn't sound like anorexia. Sounds like you
are depressed? Depression can make people feel like not eating much. If this continues, I would recommend seeing a doctor.
