Yes, you should be able to confide in your therapist with confidence that she/he will not discuss it with anyone.

If you are not comfortable right now with telling her/him your inner-most feelings then don't. Work up to it slowly. You didn't develop these anxieties all at once and it will take some time to get over them.

Just remember your therapist is there to help you not condemn you, so loosen up, relax and know you will get better.

Considering you all ready have a therapist to talk to-I would say YES! Tell her everything; that's what she is there for!

yes shel understand and help you x

You can bet that this won't be anything your therapist hasn't heard many times. You really need to be honest with this person to get full benefit, no matter how uncomfortable it may seem.
He or she will need honest info in order to set goals for you.

If you are not going to tell your therapist the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the plain and unvarnished truth, you might as well quit going to a therapist and save your money.

Tell the truth, you can't get help if you with hold information from the therapist.

Doc

Only if she is going to honestly help.
if she justs thinks you need meds- hell no.
Get a new therapist that will actually give some real advice.

I think you should tell your therapist all truths and not keep them shut back in your mind keep all those skeletons out, besides your therapist can help find an answer

Yes, you definitely should tell him/her that. It's not embarrassing, it happens to many people. Your therapist has probably had many patients like that. If you mislead your therapist, he/she won't be able to do what is best for you. Considering that you are paying for your therapy, you want to get the best treatment possible.

yes. it may be painful to let someone else in on your discomfort in life, but if you truly want to get better you need to let them know exacty what is going on.
i wish the best of luck to you.

you're worth it to your self to find the solution
