What vitamin deficiency can cause depression and tiredness,?!

Question: Frequent headaches, tiredness, depression, does lack of any vitamins or minerals cause that? Are there any natural treatments for it, like herbal blends, not weed, lol, but like stuff they sell at those herbal shops? or wal-mart xD

B 12 complex helps.

Eating large percentages of raw food (fruit & veggies) helps a great deal also.

Drink lots of water, cut back on soda, caffiene etc.

You will have more energy, less depression, headaches, and be thinking much clearer.

This does cause anxiety but it is more of physically not mentally. Anxiety is something which affects you mentally and you become mentally disturbed. To be on the safe side its better to make sure your body is balanced with all the requires minerals and vitamins.Herbal way is good instead of chemicals. Vitamin B12 it helps clean your mind and will alot of times stop headaches.

Many vitamin deficiencies can cause the symptoms that you describe. Taking an over the counter multi vitamin is OK if you know that you are lacking something and don't have too much of another..... Such as myself, I have high iron, and very deficient in Folic acid. I didn't know about the high iron till having blood work done. I would have taken a multi vit had I not known about the iron.....almost all of them have iron in them. I now take Folic acid separately, without any other vitamins.
The vitamin B12 is a very good vitamin to take, IF you know you need it specifically. It can be a very bad thing to take if you happen to already have higher than normal amounts in your system. I would suggest, if you think you have a deficiency, to talk to a dr about it.
You can also visit Merck manual online, and look up your thought of deficiencies, and what the symptoms are for each.
