Hi Jeff,

I'd like to begin by giving you my sincere apology about your grandmother. I'm sure she was a very special person.

My grandmother died about 3 years ago. It was sad, and confusing. It was weird waking up everyday and knowing she wasn't there. But you know what I kept thinking of? I thought of how she is with God now, and she isn't in pain anymore. So even though I miss her, I know her life is better now. And that makes me glad.

Don't hurt yourself Jeff. That's not what your grandma would've wanted. She would've wanted you to live your life to your fullest potential and that all your dreams came true with hard work.

I know it's tough, but you have to be strong. You will get through this, just like you'll get through other tough times in your life that are still to come.

God bless Jeff.

Yes, you need to see a professional either for meds or to vent your frustrations. Please see a dr. asap. Things to get better with time. Good Luck. In my Prayers.

If you are having suicidal thoughts maybe you need to get professional help. Try to relax and work on yourself...I was depressed at some point in my life too but I turned to self help books and meditation. good luck to you.

i went to one and i got put on medication for depression and the guy sent me to a counseler however you spell it...i guess it kinda worked...but i stopped taking my medication and stopped going to the couns. on my own you should atleast talk to someone about it and you will probably feel better :) even a friend you really trust you would feel better

Well if you want to talk about your problems then you should see a Psychologist. Psychiatrist's give out medication for illnesses. You should start with the Psychologist who could then refer you to a Psychiatrist for medicine. Killing yourself is not the answer hon, you are depressed. Some people are able to deal with it and move on, others need to seek professional help. I wish you well.

Yeah, hon, at least see your family doc. Depression is common in teens, for all sorts of reasons. And take some meds if they are offered. Anti-depressants work quite well, and you won't be on them forever. Be sure to stay in touch with your doc, so that if they begin to no longer be effective, he/;she can tweek the dosages.

Suicide seems like a quick escape but actually it is not. I know how it feels to be like this. i used to feel like i can just kill myself and POOF all the problems are gone. But I thought about my family. I know it hurts that your Grandma passed away and Im deeply sorry. She must have been a important part of your family and Im sure everyone is sad but imagine if they lost you too. Your family would be so... do you see what im saying? If you need to talk im on aim now. Look for angelsite2850.

I'm so sorry to hear about that. If you really think that you need to go, then you should go. Or you could just talk to someone that you really trust and will never tell anyone what you say.

Yes Jeff, go as soon as possible. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Please don't kill yourself.
