you may have anxiety but not agoraphobia. Agoraphobia is afraid to go anywhere like even go get the mail. YOu may be nervous to go places and can only go to certain places but that's not agoraphobia just anxiety..

lol no if U had agoraphobia you wouldn't leave at all lol read: "the sky is falling" just because U don't like 2 leave doesn't mean your afraid 2 leave

it sounds like you go a lot of places...do you get nervous to leave?

no

You may have anxiety about leaving your house, but you do not have agoraphobia. You can work on that anxiety and broaden your range of outside activities, if you are motivated to do so. It requires taking baby steps, going first one unfamiliar place and then another until you can go anywhere you want.

No agoraphobics can't leave the house at all not matter what the reason. You may be a person who prefers being by themselves more than being with other people but that's not agoraphobia. A agoraphobia is a fear of the being with people when you're having a panic attack. The fear of that happening brings on more panic attacks and that causes most people with this condition to stop going out side to avoid this. The fear of humiliating themselves in public causes them to avoid being in public no matter what the situation is.
