PLEASE HELp MEEEEE!!?!


Question: ok i keep having trouble sleeping lik i got into bed @ 11:00 pm and i just lied there until 3:00am( seriously) i was so tired ... i dunno why i have trouble sleeping... can someone help me?? =[

^that wont work if ure not religious..

try working out 30 minuites b4 u hit the bed...not a rigorous workout, just a simple one..

or try a warm bath..

one word...well actually three. you need Jesus.
try praying before you go to bed,WILL help.

Could be stress. I suggest that you make sure you are eating properly, exercising regularly, and going to bed a lot earlier.

You didn't mention how long this has been going on but if it started suddenly you might try to think back to what upset you. You might try turning your clock away from you so you can't see it and that will stop you from watching the time tick by. If after 30 or 45 minutes, you still have not gone to sleep, get up and go to another room. Try reading and avoid any caffeine until you feel sleepy and then go back to bed. You might also try something like a Tylenol PM and, of course, going to your doctor and talking with them never hurts.

Taking a warm bubble bath might help.
Also, Celestial Seasonings makes a tea called sleepytime tea, it has peppermint and chamomile in it. It's very soothing, try it with some honey (which also helps you sleep).

are you drinking caffeine or eating chocolate before going to bed? if you are, you should stop all caffeine at 7:00 pm
