work out. or go out for a walk. working out makes endorphins, which make you happy and energized but relaxed. Try yoga too. No time? Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths and make a list of everything you have to do, that way its not all stuck in your head and makes you worry that you're going to forget to do something. Then get to doing the things you need to do. You'll feel better when you're done with it.

Read, pray, or take a nap.

WALK IS A REAL STRESS BREAKER OR WORK OUT THAT WILL ALSO HELP GOOD LUCK

I find that listening to very loud music (preferably heavy metal or the original hardcore punk like Black Flag or The Dead Kennedys) or hitting the punching bag in my basement work very well for me. Sometimes I do both...

play a video game

listen to music and try to meditate at first it looks hard but continiue for a while and you will see the result

I always found that doing kickboxing helped. I got to punch and that got rid of the stress.
