I feel like cutting plz help me?!


Question: this morning iwoke up all depresssed idk y n i felt like cutting myself but didnt n i never have n then my gfs mom made it worse cuz she was giving me a ride home n my gf was with me n she starts yelling at her for no reason n then my gf starts crying n it just made it alot worse n now i cant talk to my gf n her mom is transferring her to a different school n like im on the vergee of tears just riting this... ok now im crying plz someone help.... im on the verge of getting a knife

dude, dont do it. I dunno, i feel like that and then i toke some reefer and i feel good. Just think of the people you love and learn to let love in. Think of the better things in life.

What you are sharing is stuff you have no control over. You must not take all that happens in life personal, because it isn't.

I know how you feel. Usually when somebody makes you feel bad about yourself. Just remember you are a good person. Mabye you should talk to your mom or dad. (or whoever) Let them know how bad your feeling. They really do care! I care! You may not be able to see your friend for a while but you can stay in touch. Chin Up. It get's better. And don't hurt yourself. You hurt others too.

it's been hard for me to resist too. mytwin sister is a cutter and she has the same reasons i do. just listen to some music and relax i guess. try to get ur mind off of it and tell urself it will leave scars and they will always remind u of ur problems that led u to it.

Real tough. Get yourself immersed in some project that will get your mind off it, at least for a while. wouldn't hurt to confide in an adult for specific advice and direction.

dont cut yourself, i know its hard, but just vent your stuff abit, and if you need to just get a rubber-band and put it on your wrist, just snap it when you need to. its a small sharp pain that doesnt leave the skars. trust me everything will work out fine, just relaxe and talk it out with someone you trust. it will be fine.!

What you really need to do is call a help line or see a doctor. It is normal to feel sadness or pain over situations but we must learn to cope with them or get help to cope with them. Please call a certified help line or go talk to a good friend or their parents. There is nothing worse than holding the pain of a situation in and not knowing how to deal with it properly. You are worth it not to cut yourself and you deserve not to feel this much pain. Perhaps you should walk away from the situation that is making you feel this way.

just talk a walk to clear your head a little. i was a cutter my self for many a year.
remember that feelings arent fact and things will change, and i can tell you that they will always change for the better if you put your mind to it.
just keep positive. and if you do end up cutting dont be down on yourself. take it for what it is and nothing more or less. keep working on a solution for the problems that you are having right now and keep moving. you can get threw this.

Write. Or talk to someone. Or go for a run. Try to put your attention on something else.
