How can i improve my memory power????!

Question: 1. Meditation. Sit cross legged, back straight. First breathe in, then breathe out and say 1 in your mind. Repeat each time you breathe out. Do this for 5-20 minutes a day after each exhalation. It makes your mind sharp and you're more aware of things. It lessens obssessive thoughts as well.

Go to the meditation chapter in the book listed:
Hope that helps.

2. Another thing you can do is fast from dawn to sunset as many times as you can (but eat food before dawn) bc it purifies the body from toxins, as the brain will be purified from toxins that are stored. Thus, the brain will remain smart and you won't be likely to go through forgetfulness. By fasting, the brain will function quicker.

by remembering what is essential and deleting from memory all the useless things.

Do YOGA first of all. Secondly, keep your brain running most of the time. Do take those mind quiz on the internet(mind excersice game-google it!)

And there should also be point of time, when you just relax your brain. This doing frequently will get your brain in to action and it WILL do what you wanted it to do.

I tried this my self when I was in 10th- Final result was 80%.

Sweety is right. Do the crossword, sudoku, etc. Try board games, read a lot, find someone to have an intelligent conversation with. Just keep your mind active and busy, but not overburdened.
