Recently, I can't sleep as much.?!


Question: I get about 3-6 hours of sleep which I'm pretty sure is not enough for someone who is only a freshman in high school. (fifteen) I'm not really sure how to get more sleep. I have to wake up at about 4:30-5:00 for my school. My bus comes at six. I don't get home till about six because of soccer then i have homework which keeps me up all night. I'm so drained and feel like just not doing anymore homework or anything. Any ideas about what i could do?

Do not drink any sugar or caffeine after say 4pm. It will totally tweak your sleep schedule. There have been many all nighters in college that definitely changed my bio-chemistry. I'm tapped now because of it. So seek a solution fast because sleep is very necessary.

I think your are stressed and worrying too much to fall asleep.
Before you go to sleep drink a glass of warm milk and do some deep breathing exercises... forget about your home work and just relax... Sleep will come

You are stressed out. Tonight I can't sleep and most likely will only get 1-2 hours. I am also a student and it seems as though school takes up my whole life.
