If you didn't fear death at age 21, you wouldn't be human.
It gets better as you get older, don't worry.
Get some physical exercise to start with and some hobbies and interests where you achieve a sense of accomplishment. Things will change without too much effort then.

go to a phycologists...its better to lose that kind of time in helping yourself than to lose time in fear

Take the time. Perhaps staying busy is a way to avoid pain.
Your feelings are serious enough to discovery their source.
Do not hide from this. It will be a great learning time.

Well, you ARE going to die. Will it be after a life both healthy and fulfilling, or after another 50 years of moping and cowering?

"Carpe diem" means you.

It sounds to me like the realization of your own mortality has left you fearful and somewhat depressed. Yes, a psychologist or even your family doctor can help you pharmaceutically, but if you don't go that route, the first reply was dead-on accurate: Get up off your depressed behind and move, no matter how little you feel like it. It can be serious cardio, or a simple brisk walk.

This releases endorphins (and is good for you besides), which give you a sense of well-being. Voila, you feel a bit better. Couple that with healthy eating and sufficient sleep and it works even better.

Next up, help somebody less fortunate than you are. Whatever your strengths, gifts, good luck, and hard work have given you, use it for the benefit of someone who didn't get the luck coupled with the talent and opportunity. This will also make you feel good.

Do both several times a week, and you may find your focus turned away from death to life, and away from the self to others.

Where are your priorities? What takes precedence over tour peace of mind and your happiness that you can't take the time to go see a therapist? Anything other than that, exercise, journaling, meditation etc.- will all take time out of your day as well. You need to learn to love yourself so that you feel you are worth taking the time for. Anyway, all of those things that I mentioned are very good ways to feel better .
