Applying for SSI?!

Question: I have AD/HD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), ODD(oppositional defiant disorder), Severe Depression, and Emotional Disturbances. I have applied for SSI once before and was denied. I did not appeal the decision because I didnot know that I had the right to. I have yet another phone appointment at 1:15 this afternoon. I also have an IEP(individualized education program) that states that I have SEVERE emotional disturbances.

My question is should I tell them what my IEP says about the ED(emotional disturbances)? or Should I just make a copy of the IEP and send it to them?

Tell them everything you can about your illnesses, they need to know everything. Good luck to you.

Yes you should make a copy and send it to them or fax it to them. make an appt to go see someone at social security and appeal your earlier admission. Take everything you can related to your illness... good luck
