IF YOU GO FOR A WALK, PLEASE HAVE A GOOD AMOUNT OF WATER BEFORE.
THE CONDITION WHICH I AM REFERRING IS CALLED HYPO OR HYPER GLYCEMIC.
TO BE SURE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN KEEP COUPLE OF SUGAR PACKETS WITH YOU.
IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO KEEP SOME SALT PACKETS.
MAY BE YOU HAVE LOST SOME ELECTROLYTE AND THAT MAY BE CAUSING THIS.
BUT PLEASE PLEASE GO AND CHECK IT OUT WITH DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
IT IS A SCARY SITUATION AND I WOULD NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES.
YOUR RELATIVES OR FRIENDS DO NOT WISH TO FIND YOU ON A DESERTED AREA.
TO BE SAFE ALWAYS HAVE SOME ONE WALK WITH YOU.

kinda sounds to me like anxiety attacks, but I would go see your doctor just to be sure.

Do you walk with your mouth open... you probably gagged on a bug that flew in there...
It's always possible to choke to death.
But if you haven't had anything to eat, then u might be experiencing what i had happen.
When i felt like something got caught in my throat and i couldn't breathe..the doctor said it was mucous that came down from my nasal passage down the back of my throat.
it felt really sandpaperish, but i had no feeling of anything being relased down to my throat.
but that's the only thing it could have been with me as i did not eat anything. but i was choking, i couldn't have put anything down on top of it
if your truly choking do not eat or drink anything, do not have someone pound you on the back. try to cough it out, or see if you can reach in and pull the obstruction out. if you can't cough/talk etc, put your hands on your throat so someone knows what is happening, and can give medical attention: hymlic maneuver/ cpr.
yes you can choke to death,but what is probably happening to you is a sinus condition,if you have a stuffy nose or sinus infection,you end up with post nasal drip, this is a fluid discharge from the sinus, cavity to the back of the throat,and some times it loges in the wind pipe,see your doctor there are medication for this,until then Carry throat mints with you
