How do u handle anger ?!


Question: get a boxing bag (no human nor any living thing. =_=.) the boxing bag works the best, 30 minutes to the maximum of couple hours, will get rid of all your anger and hate for a long while... (until you sense the anger again, repeat the same action. and, chances are, you might become good at martial art skill, that is a bonus. :)

other than that, listen to whatever music you enjoy of, go to local library or book stores for some interesting books and magazines, download or buy a porn movie and go home masturbate, soak yourself in hot bathtub for 20 minutes before heading to sleep... if you don't have any heart and stroke problem, go for a walk in the park, take up some other sport or exercises, go take a good sleep, treat yourself some sweet stuff... chocolate is a good one, a glass of hot or warm milk would help.

take ur anger out on a pillow or something but never a person. or talk to someone about why you feel angry.

I usually handle anger by lying on my bed and listening to music.
if that doesn't work for you, than you can go and take some boxing classes, punching a lifeless bag always works!

I go to the gym and direct my negative energy at something constructive like lifting or running, use it as motivation you know. I find that is the best outlet for me.

I put on my straight jacket mostly

If I'm angry about something for more than an hour, I'll sit down and write out what's bothering me.

Most of the time getting it out on paper gets it out of my head.

Distraction is also good. I go bake or sew or watch a movie.
Listening to music while I bake is really good.
