Question: and I don't know what the reaction is going to be. My boyfriend is in Iraq and I told him about what has been really going on with me. I am anorexic. I hide it because I do eat, just only when I'm around people, then I only eat a little and just say I'm not that hungry. I also do cocaine, not really a lot, but on the weekends my best friend has been getting it and I do it with her. I'm not addicted, but I am kinda because it helps me when I'm hungry I do a few lines and I won't want to eat for all day or longer. Then money is messed up, it's all my fault but not that bad it's really from Christmas. And, I haven't been doing well in school. I hate to worry him. I know I am so bad for all this crap, but I have been keeping it to myself and I need help- I'm 5-4 and I weigh 93 lbs- so I am just hoping he doesn't want to break up and all now. He's coming home and he's gonna see how much weight I lost. I had to tell him. I weighed 117 when he left.

Why don't you eat? You know this guy is probably worried right now, but why you are more worried about losing him than you are about getting any treatment. Or are you scared when he gets back, that he's gonna want you to see a doctor? I think you're really asking for a wake up call and I sure hope you get it. There's nothing anyone here can do I think you need to be in a hospital. You weigh 93 lbs, that's scary.

Hi, I am not sure what your question is, but I think you need to think about you for awhile, and not worry about how he is going to react. I have no idea how old you are, when you say school, I hope that means college. You posted this, you know its time to live a real life. I am no expert, but anorexia is a very layered disease, but I do know that one of the main components is control. You feel out of control with your life, but you can control your weight. Another component is attention seeking. Down deep you want the attention that comes with having anorexia. Sorry but it is obvious, stop the coke, go to your medical doctor, tell her everything. And start a new life.
Like the old saying goes, there is always someone better or worse off than you. If your boyfriend can handle combat you should at least try to change your life.

Anorexic & coke? Two bad addictions. You need to get some professional help now. 93 lbs at your height you have to look like a skelaton. You do the coke to not eat when you don't anyway so that's an excuse for that. Your boyfriend has been fighting in a war if not for yourself think about him. And if loves you he will help you get through it and not leave you but you must seek help see a physchiatrist.
