I'm emotionally confused about people, could I be borderline or something?!

Question: I hate when people try to "label' me, yet I wonder if i could have borderline personality, or an "emotional expressive" problem or something like that. no, not autism, please!

I am very shy, i also have difficulty expressing my feelings. Sometimes I wont say much to others, other times i will feel angry and yell when I get upset. Sometimes i confuse others with my personality. i have been diagnosed with an anxiety/mood disorder and have been in the hospital a number of times. Also, i have had losses in the past, including a friend, who became unavailable, and my mother died. i was also abused physically and emotionally by my parents. Now i am angry and confused about therapists. i dont want to see my therapist anymore because im afraid now what she'll think. And I don't know if I should see my psychiatrist because he'll ask why im not seeing my therapist.

Sweetie you have had a lot of losses. And it is so hard to trust people if you've been abused by your own parents. Just realize that these things that have happened are NOT YOUR FAULT. Don't worry about the anger, it will pass as you begin to heal and You Will!!But please go back to your therapist and your psychiatrist because they will help you and don't worry about what they are thinking. They have heard it all before and they are there to help. And believe me they have heard much worse! You will get better and you will be stronger. I wish you the best and think positive.

No, you really don't have a problem.
People label others in order to feel better about themselves or to help the person fit in.
So see, it's really THEIR problem !

relax you are not a borderline personality but you were suffering from depression.

You are addressing your problem and know what is going through your mind. Forget about what others may think about you. You know yourself more than anyone else since you have detailed your past. Try to ignore those annoying feed backs from other and be proud yourself. You did nothing wrong on what they did to you, they did you wrong, not you. If you lost your friend, she wasn't really your friend. Friends don't leave. True friends stick together through thick and thin. I devastated too when I saw my girlfriend with another guy. For me it was her loss, not mine. She is only worth a nickel plug to me. So, enjoy your life and forget the past.

It's clear that you have been through a lot. You need to take charge of yourself in getting better. No one can help you but yourself.

Sometimes I have a serge of energy, and I have know Idea why. Other times I feel I want to bight off someone's head. It wonders me why all the mood changes. I try to stay stable for my daughter and I. Challenging some days. I see my therapist and it does help me. You need to be prepared for not seeing your therapist. Need to find someone to talk to.
