Job anxiety?!
Question: I recently quit my last job because I hated it. I would feel such dread every day before work for no real reason except I hated some disgusting ,unsanitary pratices of which I had no control of.When I would see people doing these things, things like wiping their nose on their hands then touching the food. It drove me nuts and when I tryed to tell the boss they just rolled their eyes basically I was a big pain because they were not going to put 400 pounds of food on hold for me. Ok now I have to find a job and I just am a wreck.I think about every possible problem like what if I got robbed ect so guess what Im not doing anything! I must be nuts I need a job. I go and get applications and fill them out but I havent been turning them in.Tomorrow I have to .I have no choice.I dont know what to do or where to work and I have a limited education which I am working on. How can I find a job where Im not stressed out constantly. any methods or thoughts to cope.

The answer is simple. What do you like doing? Is there a certain company that you shop at often or frequent? Simply put, do something you're interested and watch the anxieties slip away like holding grains of sand between your fingers.
