My suicidal thoughts are increasing so is my cutting?!
Question: Can someone please help me im aching inside ! i want to die.. my cuts are getting deeper and deeper! im so close someone please help me... im so scared.. i lost my virginity this june and then i got addicted to sex and drugs i stopped the drugs and sex but now im so depressed and i cant stop cutting my self help

Whatever you do DONT kill yourself , thats the stupidest thing someone could ever do...its good you stopped doing sex and drugs but that doesnt mean you have to kill yourself over it...get some of your friends to help you...i mean good friends to help you out, some friends who have always been there for you...this is just a bump in your life, once you get over this its all smooth sailing...keep looking to the horizon and know theres something better for you out there

talk to your parents and/or friends. It might help you realize how loved you are, maybe they can help you get some professional help too.

Call social services and ask for a clinic that treats anxiety, depression and addiction if you can't afford to see a Dr. You are angry with yourself and you must get professional help.

me and my mom both have it and they will give you medicine to make sure these thoughts will go away.

Put down the sharp object. Go somewhere soft and comfortable, like a bed. Tell yourself everything is fine, because really, it is. You need to get help from an outside source. Tell your parents you are not ok, and very upset. Tell a school counsler, tell anyone. Deep cutting is very dangerous and you could be permanently destroying your tissue.
Don't be scared, there's too many people out here for you to feel alone
well, think of all the good things in life, instead of cutting yourself.

You have to stop cutting yourself. Try wearing an elastic bracelet, and pull it when you want to cut, because You shouldn't kill yourself. I recomend talking to someone about this, and maybe going to a psychologist. Help from people you love and people who care about you will always help. Don't kill yourself. The world still needs you. And I think people would be sad.
Don't ask us ask your parents, a teacher, a councellor, a friend, your minister, but ask someone who can actually help.
i used to have suicidal thoughts all the time. you should tell someone that you know will understand. i got my self to stop by giving my knife to someone i knew wouldnt give it back. hope i helped. but please dont kill yourself. you belong on this eath and though it seems like hell now, when you break through this and you will it will be like heaven
