When are you going to start living?!

This is a very interesting question that i have been asking myself a lot lately.
I feel like I'm really sleep-walking through life half of the time.
I usually put off really living fully now in this moment.
I seem to want to 'get ready' to live, but not really live now.
It's so much easier in the short-term to just veg-out with tv or sugar or some other addiction.
Another good question would be:
What is it that I'm waiting for to happen to give me permission to start living & enjoying my life?
I wonder if I'm using Yahoo Answers to avoid getting on my piano and playing or doing some art and really CREATE something?
good point! i really should put this where i can see it and always remember to live for today.
This is really something to think about and look at ways you can start to feel like your alive again. Depression can make you feel like your not living and make it hard to enjoy things.
Talk to your doctor about your concerns. A trusted person, counselor and pastor/clergy can help you get your life back on track again. good luck.

i kind of feel sorry for my son.
when he finishes uni
he'll have to work 12 hr days
and then study his mba
while he works.
but it will all be worth it.
