Buddhism helps Borderline personality?!

Question: After going to a number of therapists I found out I had traits of being a Borderline Personality. I no longer go to therapy. I started meditating, chanting and doing kendo and I am now off all medications they gave me and I feel fine. The medication did not help me but Buddhist philosophy and action did. Has anyone had similar experiences or have the meds been necessary in your case?

I have practiced zazen for 2 decades and Tibetan Buddhism for another 5 years. Even with a daily meditation practice, I have noticed no difference in my panic disorder. I take meds and am okay with that.

I am sure that meditation does a world of good for some people and conditions. I recommend Buddhist techniques and actions to anyone. It's a good way of life :)

YES

Meditation and simple quiet introspection are always good for the mind...
