Healthy at all when sleeping at 1 am ?!


Question: I been awake most of the days because i don't feel that sleepy but is it healthy to sleep at 1 in the morning for at least 3 times a week?

my sleeping schedule is 6am until 130ish pm..it's not healthy at all but it happens..get yourself back into a better sleeping schedule and you should be fine. when i work am hours i get like 4 hours of sleep..which is ok becasue then that night im exhausted and go to bed earlier because im so tired and it gets me back on track. do something like that or just try and do more work in the day to get tired sooner.

a man needs to sleep atleast 6 hours a day.

wth are you complaining about thats normal i screwed up my sleeping pattern so badly that now i go to sleep at 6 in the morning and im serious

Hey Tom -

How long do you sleep for? A couple of hours isn't healthy - you'll feel it in the long run. Do you exercise - eat right? Just a couple of questions - sleep is really important.
