Control it?!


Question: okay so when somebody annoys me, even a little bit i feel like i want to punch their face in, i see in my mind and i want to physically hurt them. the only way i can stop it is to bottle up my feelings, which makes me feel depressed. whats a way to stop me losing it, without getting depressed?

If you feel physical, punch a pillow. Really hard. Repeatedly. Then, if that still doesn't blow off the steam, write a note to them with as much cussing-out as you'd like. Then rip it into 100 pieces and throw it in the toilet and flush. More than once if needed. If this STILL doesn't help, really seek professional help.

Prozac does it for me my freind.Go see your GP.

Their are medications that can calm peoples anger. my brother was on it. and they really work, but u have to work with them too. talk to a doc, and plz get some help things will get better. promise

Life is full of annoying things and we can't go around hurting all those responsible. You realise you have a problem and you need to talk to a professional about it, see your doctor as you need to talk about why you feel this way and he will advise you how to control your feelings. Good luck.

well...i have that problem too. actually did punch her but i got in huge trouble the best thing to do is ignore them because all they want is to get attention from there so called possy but when they see there not getting attention because your ignoring her/him .......she/he will stop!!!!

well what i do is find something i like doing an then do that untill i calm down or i take my dog out then let my anger out on the nearest tree mind you being awoman you'd would afto invest in a fight dummy like in the program relic hunter an knock the stuffing out of it ive a few other suggestions but you could email me the full problems an i would be able to advice you in more detail but whatever you do dont resort to any form of illicate or medical drugs for one you do your life will be ruined an once on them or any sort of medicine for deppression you never get off them ok

I used to be like that in high school, but now ten years later I just workout a lot and don't have any anger issues. Oddly enough, I've been told numerous times by my peers that I'm not somebody they'd want to p-off b/c they know I could kick their butts. I'm only 5'2".

Increasing your vocabulary and general intelligence is good because you could express yourself when you get upset without having to raise your voice and saying a nasty word. Also, keep a diary and when you read back at everything you got angry abt, you'll realize how silly it was.

hey , just smile at them &walk away, this annoy,s them very much&leaves you the winner so pretty soon they get fed up trying .you gain by this in many way,s (i.e)you gain so much confidance,you have much less stress ,therefore less anger .good luck.

Yes it is very hard 2 control yourself when angry.

you clearly have ADD. Get some lexapro or adderal from your doctor. I work at mental hospital called Rogers Memorial Hospital.

just out ur feeling in something else, like hit anything , make something u like, playing whatever
