your nausea, weight loss, pains, feeling off balance, spacey feeling, and confusion can all be signs of a major depression. i had the same symptoms and was diagnosed with an atypical ( or masked ) depression. you seem to have a lot going on in your life right now so its understandable that you might need some help. you might want to google the term "masked depression" and see if it describes the way you feel. then tell your doctor that you would like to talk to someone about it. i see a therapist and take an antidepressant (cymbalta) and most of my symptoms went away within a few weeks. i hope this helps and i hope things get better for you and your family.
