don't wallow in self-pity & indulge in such feelings.
It is not healthy.
If you really feel like crying, for a reason, then your bosy will do so.
Just allow yourself to cry, talk and let your feelings out. You dont have to look anything up to let your feelings out. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and how you feel.
Sounds like you just need to take sometime to yourself and let yourself be able to let your feelings out. Try writing in a journal or talking with someone that you trust. goodluck.
