unfortunatly, ride it out!! had a similar experience when i used to do pot. hid in some tall weeds for hours trying to not let the swat teams find me.

Don't do drugs and go take a nap.

Smoking a large amount of potent marijuana could cause paranoia and hallucinations. Stay home and try to relax. It will pass.

Make sure that weed wasn't laced with anything.

Your body is telling you something.

Stop taking drugs!!!!!!!!!

Never do drugs again.

Heroin does not give you flashbacks. Marijuana can cause hallucinations, paranoia and anxiety in some people. You need to stop using it.

Marijuana is classified as a hallucionigenic drug. However, it's an extremely mild side effect. Your problems and paranoia are probably psycological. If you have been using other amphetamine based drugs those are more likely the culprit for your severe anxiety. If you can get your hands on some benzos (i.e. Xanax, Valium, Ativan, etc...) that would definitely help. They're used in detox treatment. But, be careful with those drugs as they lead to problems of their own.
