It's a preventitive medication for anxiety. It takes time for it to build up to a theraputic dose, so it won't work for immediate relief.
anti-depressants aren't stimulants..they take a few weeks to work and you if you know you have panic attacks you should take it daily
taking pills will not get rid of your panic or anxiety attacks. the pills will only cover up the problem temporarily but will not solve it. besides by taking pills you will always get unwanted side effects. it is always better to tackle the problem at its root. take a look at this:
