You are stuck between a rock and a hard place. It is true that you can't join the military admitting that you have ADD/ADHD. You can even be court marshalled if you don't tell because of falsifying applications/documents.
The truth of the matter is, depending on how severe your ADHD is, you probably wouldn't be able to cope with military life without your medication. You also might not be able to cope with high school without it either. The medication helps control the symptoms and also allows you to develop good habits that hang over after a while to when you are not taking the meds. You can take the medicine and get thru high school, then try going to a junior college 2 years without it, and if you are doing well, then join the military. In the meantime, work real hard in learning to make good choices and lessen you impulsivity while you are on the medicine. The more you learn to do these things the better your chances are--for the military and just life in general..
My daughter took the medicine thru school and now at 28 is doing well enough mostly to not take the medicine. She took it to age 23, then stopped, but had to go back on it for three months to get thru a rough spot at age 27 but has done well since. Good Luck to you. I hope you accomplish everything you want to accomplish.

You have to have a diploma or GED to go into the military.

Looks like you need to take the medication and get a good education and college hopefully and a good job, so you can support yourself and a family. You should be able to live a normal life with the right medications.====

IF it's found out that you have a mental illness when you joined you will be discharged with a medical discharge. So finishing high school would be your best bet. Also if you have a diagnosis you can get help for school. There is help out there an you can ask your parents to help you get it.

It seems as though everyone is add/adhd these days, Do not get on medication. It can change you forever. Life is stressful and we all have battles, no pill is going to cure, It could make you worse in other ways. I am a veteran and I wouldn't necessarily joing the military at this point either. But do indeed get your education. A little pill is not going to solve your problem, get a second opinion. But if you have to choose go Air force! best wishes.
