Question: When did you first know you were heterosexual?
thats right.... STRAIGHT. I know this question is normally associated with being homosexual, but I thought id take a chance at turning the tables and finding out ....What was the definitive moment in your life when you knew that you were absolutely, inarguably straight?
Now please dont give me answers such as " because I like to do chicks" that is simply the symptom of the disorder. I want to know what made you decide to be straight...
Maybe it's just a naturally occurring thing , like having blue eyes or hating britney spears. did it just happen...its just the way you are? you didnt make the concious decision that you were going to be heterosexual?
I ask this question because I support homosexuality, being straight myself I just wanted to ask this question to others and maybe make them realize that being homosexual like heterosexual is not a choice you make...it is simply who you are. It is how you are born! challenge me?

I love this question, thank you so much for asking it. I decided I was straight when I was about 13, everyone at school was straight, it was the preferred sexuality of all the cool kids and I did like boys, it seemed the obvious choice. So I made the decision to fit in I guess more than anything. By the time I was 17 I was having doubts though and by 18 I knew: It's not a choice. I couldn't chose to be straight, just because my friends were. Sexuality isn't something you chose after all. Who knew? These days I guess I consider myself bi-sexual.
I agree with you that it's not a choice. For my part I always knew I liked boys. When I was 8 there was this band my sister listened to and I saw a video of one of the songs (yes, they had actual videos on MTV back then), and thought he was really cute. I didn't have any sexual feelings, but I knew he was attractive, and more so than the other members of his band. Interestingly, I've seen him recently and I still think he's hot.
Like being gay it is something that is programmed in your brain at birth. Since it is the norm we don't question it we just go with it.
This is only for me. Because I enjoy the company of men. Not to sound slutty, but I prefer men. They are fun to be around.
Well, I had to question everything pretty early, since my mom is lesbian, that I had to really look at myself and ask myself, who am I? After lots of soul searching, I came to the conclusion that I like guys. That was when I was about 15 or so, and now I am happily married to the man of my dreams :-)
i first knew when i was 3
10 or 11. Female form did it for me, men not at all.
Learned that from the underwear ads in the Sears catalog!
4 or 5, and I can't say that was a healthy age, but that's when I knew I was heterosexual.
