All I want to do is sleep all the time, does that make me depressed, lazy or bot!


Question: You could be depressed, or you could have a sleep disorder and you keep wanting to sleep because the sleep you get isn't restful, or you could have an undiagnosed illness of some kind. Please see your doctor and be very blunt with him/her about what's going on with you....it may take a few tries for them to diagnose you properly but it's really worth it, please get help, you really can improve the quality of your life!

Depends on what other symptoms of depression you have. You may have a health problem, or you may just be plain lazy.

maybe both. i have an anxiety problem and a little depression problem and so i don't go out much or do much so iknow how you feel. you can always see a psychologist. if you want to talk i'm online on aim. my screename is TheBTPYoda

maybe a little bit of both~
you should also go have your iron checked~ if you have low iron that can make you feel sleepy too.
try getting out and making yourself motivated~ go for a walk, or bike ride etc

It does not make you anything. If you want to change this habit you will. Only you can change it.
