Ahhhhh Super bad anxiety!!!!?!


Question: Ive been to the doc's a few times and they said that the way im feeling will pass i just need to focus on different things and be positive. I get stressed alot and atm it feels like im not real and im just drifting thu life and that i dont have a purpose..i also feel tired because i think soo much and my brain wont just switch off/take a break ive been told this is normal from 2 different doc's and ive started walking 5kms every night, i quit smoking i havnt had alcohol since the start of december i dont drink caffeen and i start yoga in 2 weeks.
Is there anything else you could reccomend that could possibly help me feel better?

check with a psychiatrist rather than a family doctor -they are trained in this area and can help you with your anxiety. I know I've been there.

You're heading in the right direction..all of the things you are doing are perfect......so don't be discouraged if you do not have a "quick fix" because you will feel better soon and it will happen before you realize with everything that you are doing...take care...

omega 3 fish oils - try 1 g EPA daily. enteric coated are best... research them online.
