Does my bipolar ex miss me?!
Question: my ex has OCD ADD&was diagnosed w/ depression about a year ago-Since he was put on his antidepressants his behavior changed-he was apathetical towards me&our relationship&then the next minute he was crying on my lap telling me how much he loved me. We broke up about a year ago(a month after he started on the antidepressants) he ended it by telling me how much he loved me but that his medication made me happy and that he didnt need me.since that he completely stopped talking2me until 8 months later(ironically right b4 we both left for college)-he confessed that he was still in love w/ me&missed me&w/in a few months we were back2gether again-until right after thanksgiving he randomly stopped talking to me for aweek&told me he loved me,but couldnt do it anymore,so it ended-hes txted me here&there w/in the past 1.5 months-but did not call@all over christmas2hang out-my friend talked2him recently&told me he said he ended it b/c he didnt want2hurt me nemore&he didnt want2talk about it much?

he's bipolar not dead, of course he misses you. just give him space, he'll come around. i'm bipolar and i understand. then again maybe it's time to move on. may have nothing to do with the bipolar aspect. just don't drive him nuts.
I would walk away while you have the chance. why would you even want to be in a relationship like that?
It seems to me that He needs more help than you can offer.

You see the thing is that all men are victims. Illnesses are terrible, and he might very well still be in love with you. Illnesses are a misfortune of mankind.
re. the first answer - are you kidding me?? bipolar disorder is an ILLNESS same as heart disease or diabetes.
are you aware that in terms of pain, suffering, disability and death there is a greater burden/impact for bipolar than there is for ovarian cancer or HIV/AIDS? god no wonder bipolar's are "ridiculous" with ignorant fools going around saying they're "weak individuals" because they have been diagnosed with an illness - an illness they didn't have any choice in getting.
your ex is probably seriously confused, and if he loves you he probably doesn't want to hurt you. it may not make sense to you, but mental illness generally doesn't make sense to anybody unless they suffer it. he probably does miss you.
move on don't analize it....he needs to work on his issues
