Whats wrong with me?/what do i do?!


Question: Latly (last week) Iv been really anxious,feeling like i was going to puke, dizzy and like having a mental break down (wanting to kill myself,just felling weird for no reason) and then when i get anxious, i fart (gross i kno) in class to! and im scared im going to blow off a big one in the middle of class! I took gas-X and pepto bismal and that worked pretty well but i cant survive 3 hours with the guy i like (thats a whole other story but that contributes to my anxiousness) help me please! anything will help!

You're obviously incredibly anxious. If you drink lots of coffee or anything like that, it can contribute to anxiety.

Natural ways to deal with anxiety include exercise, meditation (all kinds), positive self-talk, etc.

If none of these work, you may have an anxiety disorder that can be helped with anti-depressants. I suggest seeing a therapist or psychiatrist.

go see your doctor and tell him all your symptoms...

I know I freak out too. It sucks, you also have anxiety i guess.

When your with him if you need to fart then walk away for a second or talk loud so he cant hear it.

eat healthy and sleep in complete darkness..!

Your not eating healthy, getting right amount of sleep and you are stressed. sort these out right away =]

First of all, please don't kill yourself. Second, calm down. Third, after this, try contacting psychologist. Otherwise it just might be your really worried about something and that stressed you out. Hope u feel better

u r probably stressing over something.. try relaxing.. drink lost of water and make sure that u stay away from saturated foods.. anything fried!!.. eats fruits and vegetables they will help and keep ur body and mind occupied.

It sounds like there is more to this story or question. If you feel like youre going to kill yourself, you need to step back from the situation and understand your feelings. That doesn't solve anything. There is something upsetting you and you must identify that first. This other stuff, will resolve itself once you face whatever fear you have.

it sounds like anxiety attacks please call a doctor and get checked out.

Hmmm.....perhaps see your GP, and see what he/she suggests. Maybe try natural remedies, such as lavender oil (few drops on your pillow or in the bath) or St John's Wort.

fart breaks in school can be made by, getting away from people, bending down to pick-up something or to tie your shoe, and letting ot off. also, before you leave class, try to spread your @ss cheeks and release slowlyyyy and be the first one out. this should help your situation alot.

i assume you meant to say that you are NOT thinking of killing yourself - if i'm wrong you need help.
otherwise - it sounds like you are suffering a bit of mild depression/anxiety.
talk to your doctor.

My Mom use to have this problem when she was a kid , but im guessing that you either need to eat something to have it in your system or that you ate something thats not good for your system that happened to me too but make sure not to eat or drink any medicine quickly after you just took one,that will make it worse but you will have to also call or go to your Doctor.

Lady I understand that you are in kind of burden.. first of all u have to think what are thinking is it possible then why and how its possible only when u want it.. so try to concenrate focus,... that these feelings and thoughts are not taking over the brain.. fight ...Pray.. Ask god for help ..

maybe you need to try eating, right,because if you have gas on your stomach something is causing it stay away from soda eat a balance meal,increase your intakes (water)and go see your doc, tell him everything that is going on in your life. and if you are tress out this will cause your menstrual perid to stop coming down, and abou t passing gas that will happen if you are not eaten, and that is not good, because it will cause your body to feed on other organ. so be careful and about your other problem that you didn't mention, you need to take care of that first, i think if you do that evey thing will work out fine take it one step at a time and don't worry to much about boys try solving your problems first and the rest will happen. take care of your self and keep us all in touch, we all love you xoxo
