What do you do when you feel your energy falling?!

you feel helpless and probably find yourself sitting and thinking. SOrry if this couldn't help, I honestly tried

It sounds like your stressed out or depressed. I would contact your doctor and discuss this with him/her. I'm not a dr but I think they could better answer your question. They can begin to rule out things out

Myself, I stay home more, sit under a blanket, have little contact with people and take more naps.

BUT
What I do to get out of feeling defeated and overwhelmed is:
To read self-help books, pray and go to church where I can talk with other supportive people - friends, I get outside and do some walking to refresh my mind, and at home I busy myself with a hobby to make something with my hands.

go to the gym, blow off all aggression & frustration at whatever situation and regroup my thought & come out feeling altogether more positive.

i sometimes go to the bathroom and cry by myself for a lil' that helps relive the bottled up tension, then i think things through and realize it just wasn't meant to be or that i can do it another time. Mainly i sometimes right it down and pray Also i think of who can i talk to about this ...usually no human being with out getting emotional, haha but i always say...............THIS TO SHALL PASS !! A nap helps also but only when u clear your head, breathe , breathe breathe, breathe, BREATHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I feel the way you described, I reach out to 2 good buddies. They are supportive and help me see what's going on in my life in an objective fashion.

They offer advice and support. They point out options and solutions I've overlooked. I always feel better after speaking with them.

It's hard to get out of a funk on your own.
