Because you need Jesus, Without Jesus we all feel lost, whether we know it or not.
Jesus is our Creator and Redeemer.
Jesus is the only one that can give us peace. Why don't you give Him a try :)
Sincerely

Some people imagine that if you are omniscient, you must also be omnipresent and omnipotent. In fact, though, as you know only too well, it doesn't work like that. You can see what will happen, wherever you go, before you go there. So, although you are capable of being everywhere, you just decide to go nowhere. That has been part of your problem of late. Too much to think about; not enough to head for. But now you find yourself knowing something that it's truly useful to know.

.,.,.,.,..,

Because depression is a chemical imbalance of the brain that is a result of several low level neurotransmitters-seratonin being the most common. Go to a doctor and discuss what you are going through....try an SSRI drug. In the mean time-exercise is helpful as well as forcing yourself to do things that are necessary for daily survival- eat, shower, work, etc. The exercise will have a biochemical effect and the push to continue doing things will help as well.

i do,t know but ever were i go there is a bad atmosphere, and to drags me down so i guess its doing the same to you

I know what you mean. You may need to talk to somebody. Whatever is causing it is probably building up the problem to make feel that you cannot shake off the feelings. Really depends on what is causing this feeling. The doctor may help. St Johns Wart may help but, sorry, there are depressed Christians out there as well! (and in every other religion as well)

you maybe pushing problems to the back of your mind and carrying as if nothing is wrong, sit down, and write down everything that bothers you, no matter how big or small. next, write down how each situation is making you feel when you think about them, nervous, angry, heartbroken. some of these things you will have to confront and let go, like the passing of a friend or family member. other things you will have to confront and challenge, money problems, lack of affection, bored of your job, these can and will be turned around for the better, just incase though, get checked out by the doctor for things like thyroid problems or lack of an essential vitamin.

depression can also be genetic in some cases, look for signs within your family circle, but if this feeling is new, its probably not genetic.

good luck, i know you will land back on your feet, im open to im and email if you have more questions. i'm here.

i just put on uplifting music and move around and sing or try to anyway , hahaa! I also pray or clean, take a shower to distract my mind. I always like it when i laugh due to good things not bcuz someoen fell or some sicky movie but bcuz of something that is truly funny , like if someone sadi something funny. Take a deep breathe and even ask yourself why u r feeling this way. If u r a teen it could just be hormones and stuff. Fill in idle time with positive activities to avoid sin and fallling deeper into depresseion. Maybe u r just bored or lonely or tired??

you probably got a boring partner

well realy i was the same way untill i went to the docter and my mom said something about me being depressed alot so the docter prescribed som antidepressants and i feel much better but the thing is i never liked to be happy and the antidepressants make me happier and now i have a better outlook on life if they helped me they should help you too.

Are you suffering from clinical depression or just feeling down?

few practical problems before we deicde whats up:

have you had enough sleep/not too much sleep? you need 7-9 hours a day sleep on average. Any less you will feel lower in mood (low seratonin) or overtierd and irratable if you have too much sleep which can also adversly affect your mood.

Are you eating sensibly: eg 3 main meals or 6 small meals a day and enough food to maintain a healthy weight? and are the meals healthy and balanced eg not all low low fat and not all fried stuff? if you dont eat enough fat it can adversly affect your seratonine levels and your brain which is made up of fat will shrink, also influencing your mood. Eat too much bad stuff and there will also be chemical effects.

Are you a healthy weight (body mass index of between 18.5-25)? if your weight is too low you will naturally feel depressed.

Do you get enough excercise? 20 mins walking/heart raising excercise a day, can be done as 2x40 mins and 1x50 mins a week, but must be done in one go, again, lack of excercise will affect your seratonine levels.

If you have low mood despite all these above being fine, then you need to see a doctor who can refer you to a specialist who can work on your depression with you, you do notnhave to be suicidal to get help. You just have to want to get better.

In the mean time, there are the samaritans you can call :0845 90 90 90 or if you do feel depsperate, go to a&e and they will call out the duty psyhiatrist to help you.

There are medications you can take which make things feel easier, as long as you dont abuse them, they can aide your recovery from depression as they can give you a little more stregnth and distance so you can work on your depression. Take too much though and you will obliterate the problem and therefore not be able to work on it.

Goodluck!
