Can daily stress do this?!

Question: I was wondering can long term stress and anxiety does this?
I had a ton of stress this year and constanly worry.
Really bad anxiety and attacks
Feel off balance, but can walk and stand fine
Mental confusion, like i cant think straight
nausea
headaches on the sides of my head
thinking i have tumors or dieases
heart always racing
feeling like i might black out
I get a pain under my right eye which may be sinius and always spitting up mucus.
Family says its all stress, but it seems i just stress about how i feel can stress do all of this on a daily basis

I believe stress can be behind most if not all of your symptoms.
I know that each of those symptoms can come from other causes too.

These things are not normal on a daily basis. Please see your family Dr. and follow his advice.

If you are prescribed a medication, it may be to get you through this rough time while you work with a Counselor / Therapist on the issues causing such extreme stress. Once you get your life under control, you'll likely be able to be nearly symptom free and (with your Dr.'s approval,) back off the meds.

There is hope.

Yes it is called Anxiety. I would talk to your dr about this he can start you on a small pill, like Lexapro. It does wonders.

gee, i think you need to go to the dr. stress can cause all kinds of issues but you need to get checked out.

Stress can kill you. It is a serious matter if your body is acting like that. You need to change thing... what ever causes it... job, whatever... you also prob should see a doc.
