This should work. Sit or lie still. Close one nostril and breath in the open one while you think of the highest thought - then open the closed nostril and let the air out of it, then breath in that same, now open nostril while holding the other one closed, then unblock the closed nostril (remove your finger or thumb from it) and blow out that one, then breath in the now open one, while still thinking the highest thought, then breath out the one which was closed. Do it until you feel relaxed. Sooner or later, you definitely will feel better. (it's called alternate nostril breathing)

Get a brown paper lunch sack and hold it over your nose and mouth and take slow, deep breaths. Imagine yourself in a relaxing place.

Try to relax. You can meditate by clearing your mind and concentrating on your breaths.
Either that or try to do something to take your mind off of whatever is bothering you.

Did you eat a lot of sugar, caffien, energy drinks.

I've always thought an anxiety attack was when you feel your life is hopeless going nowhere, nervous about everything, like depression but only fleetingly.

dont smoke pot .. sometimes that makes you more anxious and paranoid .. and can make you think your breathing is off .. when i get some panic attack i feel like i am being smothered like i cant catch my breath.. also i get pin prick feelings in my hands and toes .. its horrible.. try l-theanine .. its safe and healthy..,..

no i dont think so
i use to get anxiety attacks when i was around 14..
your breathing is the key thing..
if you feel like you cant catch you breathe.. than that means your having an anxiety attack.. i think you should relax and try and get comfortable.. like in your bed or on the couch.. sitting up though.
put some socks on and drink some water.

Breathe deeply and evenly for twenty minutes while lying flat on you're back. If there is no change call a doctor or at the minimum someone to talk to.

sit down for several minutes and take deep breaths, calm down and you should be feeling better in a while. the same thing has happened to me and you really have to relax.

HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED BEFORE WELL THIS SOUNDS MORE LIKE A DIABETIC THING MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE TESTED ITS NOTHING TO MESS WITH I AM DIABETIC AND HAVING TOO MUCH SUGAR WELL YOUR FOOD TURNING TO SUGAR CAN MAKE YOU SWEAT THAT MEANS MAYBE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR WENT SKY HIGH NOW ITS BOTTOMING OUT DIABETES CAN CAUSE STROKE BE CAREFUL GET TESTED AND IF DIABETIC GET EDUCATED AND BY ALL MEANS TEST YOUR BLOOD YOU CAN GET FREE METERS STRIPES AND LANCETS THROUGH THE MAIL TO YOUR DOOR DIABETIC COMAS KILL UNEDUCATED PEOPLE QUICKLY

Anxiety or panic attacks tend to be more about feelings of despair, difficulty breathing, and heart palpitations. (fight or flight adrenaline rush)

Itching? Like breaking out in hives? I have seen that happen during bouts of stress and anxiety. Also, during allergic reactions, which can be as simple as a sneeze, all the way to anaphylactic shock and death.

I really don't know about your heat imbalance and circulatory thing with your hands and feet. You should probably see a doctor. I can't imagine that smoking pot would help.

The usual symptoms of panic / anxiety attacks are hyperventilating, and a tightness in the chest {due to this, people often mistake them for heart attacks}, a feeling of dread, and sometimes an inability to move from where you are sitting / standing.
{I had panic attacks for 6 years}

smoke pot
