Depressed heartbroken?!
Question: Im suffering from a depression called Bipolar as ive learnt. Ive been heartbroken from my ex girlfriend because she cheated on me. I loved her really much. Im very depressed and crying constantly, im finding it hard to cope with college work at the same time. I have no friends, im lonely, i cannot speak to my family about these sort of situations. Only person whos beside me is god. Just woundering if i could see a doctor who could get me to see a concuiller. Im 18 and living in the UK and in full time education and was woundering if i have to pay for this?

See a doctor. You need to speak to someone whatever it costs.
Seek out a church, they often have free counseling, also many times there are highly educated counselors there.
Your college might have some sort of clinic or behavioral health services set up for free. Meanwhile find something you are interested in like your school work or a job or something and put your efforts into that, it will make you feel better to be going in a positive direction.
Depression is different to bi-polar. Bi-polar does include depression but if you only have depression and not the manic phases as well then it sounds like uni-polar depression. Are you sure you have the right dianosis?
