Stress is killing me!?!

Question: On school, I'm always stressed, I don't know why.
I feel extremely nervous, have backaches, feel like I'm just going to pass out, my neck hurts, feel dizzy and nauseous...

It happens every day, I really can't pay attention like that... What can I do to stop it?

It's amazing what sress can do to the body. As a fellow sufferer of anxiety/panIc attacks, I must tell you that you shouldn't and wouldn't be living like this is if you got an anti-anxiety medication from your doctor. Anxiety is SO common today, especailly for young women. No one would even know you were on medication. In fact, a lot of your peers are.

Sweetie, you must go to the doctor, take your Mom with you, that'll make you more credible to the doctor. Take any adult who can vouch for you. All of your symptoms are stress-related. You need to get on a med like Klonopin, valium, or xanax. Go ASAP. I don't want you living this way another day! In the mean time, stay away from caffeine, soda pop, and just BREATHE. In your nose, out your mouth.

Good luck, hon. :) Don't listen to" wylde." The meds I recommended won't cause any side effects. :)

Sounds like your suffering from anxiety.

tell your doctor, maybe hell give you some zanax!

yea sounds like anxiety to me. ive been suffering for quite a few years...and have all the symptoms youre descrobing. are you on meds? if youre not i recommend NOT going on them!!!! they suck the life outta you and you will never know what its like to be happy again ( the meds takes the lows AND highs out of you mood). i suggest start drinkin water (yes dehydration can cause anxiety) eat right, excersize, and start getting on a "normal" sleeping schedule. i know this all sounds dumb but trust me it reallyy makes a difference.. good luck!!

tell that to your dr. he'll most likely give you xanax and that should help. only get it from your dr. it might be something eles thats wrong.
