I think there's something wrong with me?!

Question: When I wake up in the morning I feel really nervous and I cant stop passing wind and wanting the toilet constantly. Someone told me that it might be something called anxiety? Therefore for the past two weeks I have working out at the gym to see if I needed to get my feelings out like that. I've also cut down on my alcohol intake and eating healthier, but I still dont feel any better.

I have been feeling like for like two months now. To start with it was only when I was going to work now it's all the time, every morning, and it gets better as the day goes by.

I dont want to go to doctors becuase I act happy and fine, but on the inside im a quivering wreck.

I'm worried it might stop me becoming what I want to be which is to complete my degree and get a really good job etc. However I cant seem to concentrate on anything and I feel I just want to curl up in a ball and hide.

I want my confidence and ''outgoing'ness'' back. Please Help

Sounds to me like anxiety, I'm no doctor but I do suffer from anxiety too. It's good that you are going to the gym and cutting down on your alcohol and eating healthier. I would keep doing that but I would also go to a psychiatrist he (or she) can tell you exactly what is going on and can also prescribe you something temporarily until you can figure out what's going on. It seems to me that your stress level has gone up which could be triggering some anxiety. Do take advantage of the medications that are out there because they do help the process of conquering your anxiety. Good Luck and you can beat this and complete your degree and get a good job and enjoy life!

GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!!!

maybe the changes,your body adjusting.

see the doc

If you want your confidence and "outgoin'ness" back,
then you'll have to go to a doctor and find out what's
causing it.

You don't have to reveal why you're going to the
doctor's office or even the fact that you are going.

If you have to just make something up like you've
been having stomachaches in the morning and
want to check it out. Or just say it's time for the dreaded "yearly checkup"

I think you should go to a psychologist and tell him exactly what you wrote in your post. I doubt anyone can diagnose the problem over the Internet.
