im not even exaggerating when i say i have 4 midterms tmrw
so i jus neeed so relaxation tipsssss!
to help me study and all that good stuff.

take a nice walk outside, let your mind wander onto things other then the exams

take a 5 second breath in a 9 second breath out, repeat as necessary.

Both of these things help calm me when im stressed.

SLEEP!! dont cram. you will get more benefit from sleeping then cramming the day before the exam and taking the exam exhausted.

Take a deep breath. Study for one midterm at a time. Give one hour for each midterm. Look over your notes and highlight the important points. Then go over them.
