I think it is okay to be addicted to running so long as you don't do it excessively.

I think four times a day is probably a bit much and you are losing a lot of weight. That doesn't sound very healthy for you.

I think twice a day is good.

get addicted to something else..

Eat more if you're going to be jogging that much. Seriously, stuff your face.

Just eat.

It sounds like you have exercise bulimia. I had the same thing for 2 years. The only way to stop is realize that you have a problem and try to cut back.

Good Luck

Jogging is a good and healthy habit, but make sure that you eat enough carbs to replace the ones you are missing.

This is a sign of Anorexia Nervosa. You might want to consider getting treatment.

when you exercise, your body releases endorphins... the "feel good" chemical in your brain... so it does happen for people to turn a healthy habit into an addiction. Just be careful you are replacing all your nutrients that you sweat out from working out... also... please try and limit it to about an hour of cardio per day... your body can get very worn out....

its not normal just try to relax

You can either stop jogging on your own, or spend a ton of money and see a therapist about this. You can stop jogging if you really want to. So make up your mind and do it.
