Threatening suicide is a plea for change. It usually is a sign of poor coping skills and low selfesteem.
It is a sad way to feel, but can be helped with meds and therapy.
Don't let him manipulate you with his threats. Insist on calling 911 and having him get treatment when he makes threats. Support his treatment.

Never stop caring it is obvious he needs some type of councling

NO. I would try a psychiatrist. He made need both therapy and medication. Don't ever stop caring or watching him, because he made call your bluff someday. He needs proper medical
care. Please try a psychiatrist, and keeping trying
until you find the right one. Please don't give up on him.

Care from afar....I don't feel sorry....fish or cut bait!!! Stop seeking the attention, it's old...

Get him laid, it will help temporarily. Madsmaha1 you have NO sympathy for anything. DO NOT let it known that you have stopped caring unless its ma*******1, Read the bible man.

Well, you've tried counseling, religion, and tough love to no avail. You've got to try something else.

I advise him seeing a psychiatrist. In fact, I always advise seeing a psychiatrist first above all others. A psychiatrist is on the top of the totem pole in regards to psychology, medication, and medical knowledge. I like to start at the top!

Keep on caring. If he's threatening suicidie, even if it's only for attention, it still means he's suffering from a deep problem that needs to be fixed.

You've got to find out what that problem is. A psychiatrist has seen it all and is your best bet for help. Good luck.

i would. if there even threatening maybe they still need help. like maybe its a cry for help for something that he just cant express
