i recommend getting help, whether its just a free call to a counselling service, talking to someone who might have an idea of wat u r goin thru, friend, fam member, professional, maybe even go to your local community health center, your gp and if u r super-worried, maybe even hospital, i never seeked counselling and am regretting it, i have been experiencing PTSD for almost 4 1/2 years now and am about ready to try see someone to sort my self out, so i recommend talking to someone and no keeping it all locked up, i was raped when i was 14, so thats what i see every time i have a bad day, but seeing someone professional, they can help u to learn different ways of coping and learning how to distract yourself, i now have 3 months left of training and i will be an endorsed enrolled nurse, my next step will be RN's, hopefully graduating specialising in mental health, so, my advice is on the table now, its up to u whether u listen, but, u need to want to help yourself, because unless u can do that, noone else can help u. so take care and good luck, u dont deserve to suffer any longer. xoxo

well if you know your in trouble, then you're not mad. See a professional.

there's lots of way to go a bit nuts, but you haven't mentioned why you might be stressed...

You might, although you didn't say what your trauma was. If it affects your life, if you get worse, or if other people start to notice, you should think about getting counseling.

...I really doubt anyone here is going to be able to help you in the way that you need... Go to a doctor.

I would consult a Doctor about it and he may give you a referral to talk to a Therapist.

I would ask your doctor about seeing a mental health professional.

PTSD? Have you ever experienced any traumatic events in your life? Do you have a history of mental illness in your family because these are also signs of schizophrenia/split personality disorder. If your worried go to your local ER and they will give you a mental health evaluation!

In order to have PTSD, you must have had a traumatic experience, hence the "post" - meaning after - and the "traumatic" (self explanatory). Also, this disorder usually manifests itself in the replaying of the traumatic event in ways as to debilitate the life of the sufferer. Maybe you have bipolar disorder or schitzophrenia.

since your aware of it, its a good sign but the best thing for you to do is to seek medical advice...
act now..

Actually, that sounds more like acute schizophrenia. Talk to a medical professional.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever would believe in Him would not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
