OCD? (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)?!

Question: do you think i hav it.
i wont eat if there is even the slightest mark on my knife, fork, or plate and i have to go through every knife and fork to find the cleanest matching pair.
Also when i sit down at school to do my work i have to get out all four of my pens, one or two pencils and all my other stuff and then they have to be perfectly lined up. my book has to be in the corner perfectly and i cant work if anything is overlapping or being overlapped by the persons stuff next to me. i cant work when i have my blazer on and it is getting worse. what do you think. any advice.

I would say you do. See a doctor about it. There is no medication for it, but they can help you work some of them out. Like intentionally leaving your blazer on when working for a few minutes and work up to like an hour and so forth or you can do this on your own. I'm not as ssevere as you, but it's what I did. If you have a bad urge to do something a certain, then ignore it once in a while. It puts you back in control. It's hard at first, but it gets easier.

omg i am like that. I cant stand it when a door is open, or a drawer is open. When I am in class, I keep checking if my books are still there, i keep checking my bag to see if my wallet is there, i keep checking everything even though i checked it 2 minutes ago. I relate to that. I dont know if i have OCD, but ive been wondering if I do. Or maybe we are just childish, lol.

i think everyone has it to some extent. if you feel yours is getting out of hand see a therapist. i'm told they have training excersises for it.

Not necessarily, you may just be very precise in what you need to do.

Have you been checked out for Aspergus Syndrome (Even if it is really mild)??. These seem like typical symptoms and people with aspergus like to have a strict routine, are very sensitive to tastes, smells textures etc

I am not saying that you have it, but it is a thought...................

Good Luck.
