You must find time to STOP - at least for a few minutes - this rush of `things I have to do`.

Learn to switch yourself off for a few minutes (or as long as you can) . Try to sit quietly (by yourself if possible) in a quiet room - close your eyes, relax your hands, and listen to the silence.
Stress can get out of control and lead to a breakdown...you must learn to recognise the signs, and STOP....totally.

Listen to music that you like.
Best wishes:-)

play a game or two

you need to take time out for yoursef. You are overloading yourself. Take a break while you can. Trust me when you are in the working world you can't take a break. Enjoy your life and just lounge around a little

Eating /Deep Breath

there are various ways of dealing with stress.
1) prioritise your tasks. If necesary, something we are doing might have to be dropped, temporarily.
2) Take time out for yourself, relax in a bath, read a book or have a warm drink etc..but only do this if you can truly relax while your doing it as opposed to having a warm bath stressing over what you need to do.
3) try a hlistic therapy....take a massage. Use rescue remedy or aromatherapy (just choose a scent you find relaxing)
4) chamomile tea is a good chill out drink.

You will always have moments in your life when we seem to have more things to do than time to do them. Your time now is a great way to learn to deal with your stress effectively.

Good Luck in your exams.....and in decreasing your stress.

Stress at school? Oh Please!!!

Wait until you start work and have to keep a home and family that's when stress starts.

i get really stressed too, i have 2 jobs, 2 children, 2 dogs and my husband works shifts, i write myself a list of all the things i need to do so that i don't get upset if i forget something and when i am feeling stressed i sit myself down for two minutes and close my eyes and think of something nice like flowers or sitting on the grass in the sunshine, if at home put some relaxing music on for half an hour, remember as long as you are doing the best you can do then no one will be disappointed.

What i do to get rid of stress is i take a deep breath, take a long, hot bath and listen to some music that you like. also i pray about it.
i like to be alone when i am stressed, so i do stuff on my own. i try not to let people distract me, but i am a very introverted person.
Hope this helps! :D

U come into the world wif nuthing an u go out wiv nuthing .. wot's there to lose? Wot's to lose??

Organise yourself.

Give yourself home-study periods and do them, stick to them. Get your homework and assignments done well in time and you will see just how much this relieves stress.

What you have on your plate is not insurmountable, it's no more than that of all of the other 15 year olds of the land.

Leaving things to the last minute creates stress, we stress ourselves (due to our not having done it) right up to the last minute and then we have a very stressfull evening, doing it all on the evening before it's due in.

An half an hour every day is better than three and an half hours on a Sunday afternoon.

When I get stressed I ask Jesus Christ to help me and give me some of His Peace, Joy and Love.
But, you must believe in Him and repent first, before you can ask Him for anything at all.
It's simple and Free

have a break...eat kit kat...

Meditate (if you know how to), eat your favourite foods, drink your favourite drinks, listen to your favourite music, etc etc. Basically do what you love doing!
