Is this the problem i have????!


Question: hello...
i have been in an strange condition for last three months...before that i was perfect and did not have any problem at all...what i have figured out is that have got a fear of being sick...2 months ago i was ill had some dizziness etc...and after that illness i am not able to recover still...i feel that f ill go to my college i'll be ill there.. n due to this whenever i go to college or anyother place my feet and all body start turning cold...i feel nausea..and i feel as if i will faint..etc due to this problem i don't go anywhere and often remain absent from college and its really effecting my studies..i never had this kind of situation before.i was so social..used to love to go to college etc...then why it's happening now...??please telme what to do?i am so tensed.and want to be good...so that i can continue my routine..is it empetophobia?i dont have any good psychiatrist here so tel me how should i control my self...please tell how can i motivate myself..?please

I am an emetophobia sufferer and i think thats definately what you have.
I dont go out just 'incase' and find going out really hard as i always feel nauseaus.

Here is the best tip:

always go out, when you doubt yourself always try to push yourself to go out and try to get the "what if's" out of your head. i know this is very hard, but once you get out and feel fine you will gradually realise that you wont be 'ill'. and it will become easier.

I find the more i stay in the worse it gets.

I am booking up some hypnotherapy soon because i have heard its very good.. i have suffered for years..

because you havent for as long im hoping you will get over it easier.

I don't want to sound mean, but I think you need to see a psychiatrist. Sounds like you have a few too many phobias to handle on your own. Something had to trigger in your brain to all of a sudden make you have these.
Please seek help. It's not fun to try to handle things on your own.

Hi! Sounds like you have developed an anxiety disorder of some sort. You need to get treatment for this as soon as possible, as it will only get worse.

Please see a doctor soon, and be careful of your nutrition: eat lots of fresh veges and fruit, don't starve yourself, drink plain water, not caffeine drinks which make anxiety worse.

If you feel dizzy, breathe into a paper bag, as you are probably hyperventilating, which causes you to get too much oxygen. Practise slow breathing and relaxation techniques.
