Why am I unemotional and numb?!
Question: I am really confused I cannot express any feelings. I can be happy at times and then really depressed almost suicidally depressed. I do not know how to feel excited about anything. I dont know if this is a medical thing but I dont really want to tell my parents because they will over react. depression does run in my family but I do not believe I have it. I dont know how I feel maybe empty? I dont know...

it sounds like depression. runs in my family too. i cry at happy movies which is totally wrong. if u dont want to tell ur family try going to a counsler. havin some 1 to talk to also helps. keep ur head up and u can always email me and we can be numb together. lol. good luck.

i feel the same way but i dont know whats wrong i feel empty inside i dont feel any emotions so idk i guess it could be depression...
